WOW!! We have just had the most incredible month here at Andean Wing Boutique Hotel in Cusco, Peru! David Wolfe, who is considered one of the world’s top authorities on natural health, nutrition, and organic superfoods took over our entire hotel (including our kitchen!) to offer his Adventure Tours to two lucky groups of 30-some people to Experience Raw! Foods prepared by acclaimed Raw Chef Kirsten Gum (aka Travel Channel’s “The Treasure Hunter”)!

Not to mention being pampered in our luxurious Six Pumas Therapy Room - And they even got some serious “retail therapy” at the local and colorful markets of Cusco! What a joy – and what a trip!!
